just another monday...

when a lot got done!
Ivan had the idea to make the Touchy Bot robot be a dancing robot - it could do 'the robot' - with one hand controlling the movement across space (forward back, side) and the other hand controlling the dance moves.

Meanwhile, the other Touchy Bot team members finished the table/box that will be the screen, and figures out that is you use a mirror, you can increase the projection size, without needing the printer to be 5 feet away. They tested ideas, then worked on finding a way to hold the projector inside the table - facing down!

Team Arm Wing Fan also made progress. We discussed what was good/bad, expected/unexpected about the first 3d printed piece when it arrived, then refined the model, and ordered the final round. We wanted to have one more round of iteration, but it isn't fast or cheap to 3d print stuff, and a number of companies are in europe, so the shipping is expensive. After looking at the options and trying to figure out what would work best, we ordered all the final pieces, instead of just 2 to continue refining. fingers crossed!
